I've used Fastenal for shipping parts on pallets in the past. Reasonable rates. Weigh and measure your pallet. Fill out the form and they will give you a quote in a day: https://www.fastenal.com/fast/blue-lane-freight
For smaller stuff (under 70#), UPS has been the most reliable in the past.
