South Central MN | Our son in law has the Member's Mark brand from Sam's Club and that seems to be fine. Our son has a large Blackstone, and uses it a lot. He cooks breakfast on it almost every weekend. Because he has a big one, he can cook eggs, bacon, and hash browns on it all at the same time. As a family, we really like different types of tacos. We celebrated Mother's Day this past Sunday and he made smoked pork tacos. He warms the tortillas on the Blackstone.
I don't know much about how Blackstone come, but one thing he really likes is that he purchased the cover for the griddle.
