| If the dam was cut and then not filled and compacted correctly it will leak and then blow out most likely. To fix it either wait for it to fail and then repair could be a long time? Of pump it down and dig out the patch and put it back right. You can try foam crete or bentonite slurry but dont just use bags because the water will just leak where the bag material breaks down. Most just live with it | |
