It would have to be quite cold for your static pressure to be 45 psi. At 70, it should be around 70 psi. Let it sit, and then put the gauges on. If there’s no real heat in the system, a blockage will not cause crazy high pressures. If it hasn’t even started cooling, there’s no opportunity to build up heat in the system. I think checking the expansion valve for blockage is a good idea. Also flush everything again. I use a flush tank with methyl hydrate. Master oil 91046. Is your oil level ok? Did you do anything to top it up?
