If your lows are only in the twenties an air to air heat pump with electric backup would probably be least expensive and be pretty efficient at those temps. LP backup is not a terrible amount higher, but I never considered it because my wife won't have anything gas in the house. Floor heat would be nice, but I have to wear slippers all the time anyway.
