So you're saying you have accurate lines for a different width implement, is that correct? You can simply change to Large Shifts and enter the exact value to shift the lines to the proper position. I've done this many times. You can do this in your yard if you want to do a bunch at one time, you just have to be turned so you're shifting right or left relative to the field edge
