You're not going to have much HP left to pull the thing much past 5mph. If the goal is to go faster with the EE units.
I'd agree on the other comments about PTO power generation over hyd generator. Frees up a fair bit of hyd capacity and PTO power is simple and separate from all your hyd needs.
