Pull floor plate that has dimmer switch sticking out of it and see if linkage is moving PTO valve shaft when cab lever is engaged. Sits in a pocket on top of clutch housing, left hand side. If everything is correct there, next pressure check of PTO clutch and brake. Check plugs in pedal valve housing, left hand side in casting that clutch pedal is linked to. Plugs are marked.
