Black Hawk County, IA | 802 is a series newer than a 708. That gearbox has an interesting clutch setup inside. IIRC there is a collar that is threaded, that is how you adjust the clutch. I think you push a spring loaded ball in to allow it to turn. Guessing it’s too tight, or there’s a warped disc plate in there. 708 have Perkins in them, thinking the 802’s had the 426 Allis. We had a few 801’s they were decent for what they were. Good luck
