Assuming you are just grazing during the summer, just lay a pipe on the ground and pipe water from your cousins pasture for a year. See if your well clears up by next year. If not I’d be trying to put a permanent pipe from your cousins pasture.
Although I’m not entirely convinced the well is the problem. It could be but could be lots of other things as well.
