Capacitor motor with governed starting device? Right? With the lack of number of wires accessible, I have my doubts it meant to be reversable, but I have been proven wrong before. Its not that it couldn't have been in theory reversed, but they coil don't all have pigtails on each end that end up in the wiring area so that the configuration can be swapped around.
