When we pull in with power traps the guys at the pit almost get giddy. The tough old manual traps don't seem like a big deal to the guy sitting in the truck, but even when we are dumping at home and only dumping the truck we are driving, dirty sticky traps get to be a grind at the end of the day, even decent working traps for that matter. Keeping harvest help happy by making their life a bit easier pays big dividends I think. I usually end up driving the worst truck with the worst trailer and smile when things are clicking along.
