Subject: John Deere combine for oats. Conventional or sts?

Looking into a second machine which it's first purpose would be oats. Mainly oats and some beans. 9560 or 9500/9600, which do I want considering what it's first purpose would be? Always been told the conventional is better on oats but have hired a red machine and a 9770 to do custom work and didn't see much difference between their job and my old walker machine. Definitely a difference in the straw, but not holding that as a top priority. Thanks
