Sold to me as "uses a little oil" but it drinks the oil and seems to have low compression (takes 15-20 seconds to start it). Looking for any ideas before I commit to hiring it our for a pricey rebuild. 2006 egr 14L detroit in a sterling semi road tractor. Thanks.
