Could please expand on what classes of cattle you are required to tag in your state? Original question on this thread for for slaughter cattle, do you have to RFID tag your slaughter cattle?
In Michigan any animal (cattle) that leaves your farm is required by law to have an rfid tag. Doesn't matter if it's for slaughter, selling as replacements, or a steer calf for your neighbor to raise in his back yard |
