My advice would be the opposite. Trying to get pioneer to stand behind a guarantee they make is about as worthwhile as trying to push a rope.
They’ll make promises, tell you they’ll make it right, then slowly back away and try to cover. At the end of the day, there’s as good or better products out there at better prices than pioneer.
