I had the territory manager out in the field and combine that day. He could see the dark hilum beans in the bin and the grain cart. He told me that he would take care of me and make it fair. I have talked with his manager and they both have told me that the offer is still 90 units because that’s what I had this year. I don’t think that a quarter of what I lost is anywhere near fair.


I have been in the shoes of the territory manager before. Been told to tell someone we would make it right, then not able to do so.
Keep being a pain in their side. Don’t give up. In this case the squeaky wheel will get the grease. Be willing to take a settlement that may be odd in nature but the correct value. Sometimes they have to use money out of different pools to make it right.
Don’t give up.
