What is the prevailing opinion on best corn fungicide?
Triapro on rust......
Veltyma for tar spot & plant growth etc......
Generic QILT works and cheapest........

My plan next year is to try a planned shot of generic quilt twice. 20 days apart of each other. And then some acres of higher rate Veltyma.

This year I had breaks of Veltyma at the lower rate quicker then I had hoped and followed those with quilt. Raised the best corn we ever had. I also had some acres planted a little later that had the highest rate of Veltyma on them and I felt like they held good and yielded good also.

Going to spread my risk and try 2 plans next year on the corn acres.

What you applying with and how many GPA??

Thanks Dan

My Veltyma was all applied with a helicopter at 3 GPA.
My quilt was applied with a drone at 2 GPA. Going to talk to drone operator next year about going a little narrowed with their spray pattern even if it cost more to have done. Hearing talks of streaking. Hard to tell in my 2 pass stuff but I believe those I heard it from.
