Buckwheat, when I sold it locally the truck went to grain inspection first to get graded and sealed before delivery. Me and the buyer had a disagreement on dockage on the first load, hence stopping at grain inspection for subsequent loads.
Mustard and canola might not be much fun in the same rotation.
