Not at all the case here. There is absolutely not a single neighbor that I've got good advice from. The 70-80 year olds want you to fail too so their sons/grand sons can grab the land. I've gained much better knowledge right here on NAT than from any neighbor that's been farming for 50+ years. I wish I was making this up


This is so true. Farmings always been cut throat but its getting ridiculous. I watched older farmers that have a decent amount of land get pissed off because a 30 year old picks up their first small piece of row crop. Morales, values and contentment have been replaced by selfishness and greed.


In other words, capitalism?
