Central IA | We are adding hair sheep at farm. Going to be using electric fence a fair amount. Not huge runs. Have woven wire perimeter by road, but through timber and paddocks will run electric temp fence. How big? Joules? Told local feed store I think I’m getting the Cyclops super, and he went what you getting, elephants! Is that too much? Could get the Brute? But thought better get more not just enough.
Also have lots of coyotes along Raccoon river valley. Do plan on a dog(LGD). But that extra pop would help too. | |
