Is VOL/MIN stable when you switch from Rate 1 to Manual? It shouldn't change a couple tenths +/-. What is tank pressure? What is manifold pressure? 2 hoses? How erratic? 10# +/- or 80#? If it's wider swings, are both coolers frosted in the first 4" on the inlet end, but nowhere else?
