I got one also, not the right license plate number but shows us as the owner, never been to Kansas.

It is possible a truck I had the junk guy haul away had old plates on it. Maybe someone used them.


This is why I now cut up old plates before they go in the scrap. Also keep a bill of sale with the buyers info when selling a used vehicle.
