| In, Illinois, they give you a picture of the plate. Twice they have shown a car, the plate number is the same as one of our semis.
The Z however is part of the number on the car not a Z plate like on the semi. They have the wrong plate number and mailed you the bill.
Edit: Reread, did not get that the guy admitted having gotten a ticket he did not pay. I would have laughed also.
