It depends on the application and what you expect out of the joint several hundred hours later. If you need a tight tolerance and the joint will flex several times in an hour I would recommend a soft replaceable bushing (possibly bronze unless it's high load or high impactapplication) and a hard pin. If maintaining a tight tolerance is not necessary or the joint doesn't flex as often then a hard weld in drill bushing would be acceptable with a grade 5 or lower pin. Obviously you would want to make either be greasable.
