Rotodisks work well but maintenance gets tedious and costly. Horizons(lawn mower) have been pretty rock solid for us and maintenance is pretty straight forward for a chopping head. Northstars know nothing about but I'm sure they are damn near maintenance free. Overall they are very mechanic friendly heads with minimal downtime. Won't run anything but.
