Just a random thought. So the cobs... they are coming back down the top of feeder house chain? Back-feeding over the top of the chain? Does increasing the rotor speed help clear the feeder out so it doesn't back feed? Are the transport veins set in low speed or are they worn out badly as to leave the material in the rotor for a long time??
