Hep b isn't just an std.
It can be spread by anything that can punctuation the skin that has the virus on it. Cut you finger on a handrail after someone else and you can be infected. Billions of people across the wold have it and most don't know yet. Childbirth is one of the most common and dangerous transmission routes.
