Subject: RE: Writing the rules for solar "farms", asked to participate

Why is their place now valued at next to nothing? What is the difference of a solar farm vs 15 houses on the property line? How does one value one thing over another? What if someone doesn’t want your corn crop next to them? Did their home now go to next to nothing? Can I plant trees on my property when the neighbor wants to see the skyline? Why do I have to devalue my property for the property rights of another? If I can make $4000 rent on solar vs $1000 on corn, why should my property be less because of their property rights?

We should be very careful what we deem property rights are.
