SW, Missouri | I've always had his full support. I'll never forget the conversation we had when I came home from college (graduated). He asked what I would like to do with the operation (cow/calf) or changes I would like to make to the way we did things. I explained what I wanted to try and he said ok, you figure out how to do it and we'll give it a go. Looking back not because it was my idea necessarily,but it's been one of the best things we have done. He fully supported me and the idea and never once ridiculed or made fun of me. I think respect is a two way street. | |
