Trusts were made to be broken. No ordinary lawyer will do in this case A lawyer specializing in trusts will be who you need to see. There are more train wrecks just like yours when a sibling is involved with "helping" a parent set up their own trust. You should have asked your dad to see the papers he was to sign and before he signed them should have consulted a different lawyer than the trust company so you knew exactly what he was signing. If you are locked out, it is your own inactivity that has put you where you are today.
