South Carolina | My 2023 GMC with 3.0 diesel at 46K miles went in the shop early July with a turbocharger malfunction. Took 6 weeks to secure a new turbo. Drove it a week and the truck started running hot. Back in the shop with a coolant control valve failure. The truck has been at the dealer waiting on the replacement part for 4 weeks. That's 10 weeks and counting at the shop waiting on a parts. GM customer service has been of no help. Shop says they are at the mercy of manufacturer. | |
