And folks still want to kill coyotes. I see the damage on corn and soybeans HERE, along with alfalfa. I have one field with a heavy deer pressure, that yield 20% least hay on 1st cutting alone. I normally don't even bother cutting 2nd and 3rd cuttings on the north half of the field.

HERE the deer and geese are the biggest destroyers of crops, the Sandhill cranes are just a drop in the bucket as far as destroying crops.
Yup. I think the mindset on kill every coyote needs to change. I have seen multiple trail cam pics of coyotes with fawns and baby raccoons their mouths. They do more good than harm in my opinion
