I got corn on corn that i havent been able to sidedress and its gotten ugly. I put 80 units of N preplant broadcast back in april. Field has a cec of 15. 180 bushel yield goal. I plan on flying 70 units of urea on this week to save it and then y dropping another 50 units on around v10-14 timeframe. Anyone got a problem with this plan? Has anyone had good success saving ugly looking corn at the stage? I hate putting a bunch of money into corn at these prices but i cant stand giving up on a field.

Too wet? It’s been terrible for me this year. The clouds never shut off long enough to even drive in a couple fields.
