As others have said it could be IDC, but it could also be manganese deficiency. The visual symptoms for the 2 are identical. In addition to the soil samples, I would pull a tissue sample in the good looking beans as well as 1 in the poor looking beans for a comparison. The 2 tissue samples and the soil samples should give you a good idea of what's going on.
