NW Washington
I think most of that stuff, including Agri-SC, has ammonium lauryl sulfate as its active ingredient. Lauryl sulfate is a surfactant commonly used in shampoo.
I have real doubts about how a few ounces of this magic stuff will change the way millions of pounds of soil absorb water.
A good cover crop of rye or rape will do you a lot more good, even if you plow it down.
