it is possible. depends on nozzles you are using and wind speed. liberty likes fines, doesn't work well if you are producing a ton of fines that get blown off target. wind, nozzles, speed, gpa and pressure all matter. My advice, water is cheap, never apply liberty at less that 20 gpa.
