If you have time soil test.
Grids are good.
On my own ground I use zones based on soil type,Terrain and history.
I look at the soil and see if it is fill or has been in that spot 1,000 years. Old field lots etc.
I rented one this spring and just went off nutrient removal for estimated yeild.
That is about all one can do on short notice.
What is your ideal way of determining where to apply crop nutrients?
