South Central, Minnesota
Corn- First off soil test, if goal is to be most profitable for 1 year and done I will see what nutrients I could cut. Would use a liquid diet. Put down 1/3 of my N and S needs 2x2x2 with the planter. Put down infurrow with some 1/3-1/2 micros, 85-90% of P and K. Herb- Foliar use bio-stimulants/pgrs, stress mitigators micros. Y-Drop V6-7 rest of N, S add some Mo, VT come with pgrs and foliar fert needs.
If the goal is to be profitable for one more year I highly recommend a liquid diet.
Long term rent or be able to own then I would rather build the soil and use some liquid.
