I think you can find a mycorrhizal plus azosprillium mix and apply that with the seed. It is used a lot for growth of root cuttings and transplants. Both in theory are in the soil, but the mycorrhizal fungus attaches to the roots to give them more surface area and better water control, and the azosprillium fixes nitrogen in the root zone which is beneficial.

If you build a compost pile you can make aerated compost then do a compost wash but that takes around 30 days or worm castings work as well.
You can also buy compost washes with live microbes if you don't have that, and you want more then 1-2 microbes something like from

You don't need that much like 5 gallons an acre. but it is only like 5lbs of dirt to make the 5 gallons. The bigger issue is getting enough volume washed fast enough and keeping it aerated.
