East Central Nebraska | That is the tips I use, but they put out a fog behind the sprayer. Reminds me that I need to stop and pick up some drift retardant. . I just bought smaller tips a week ago as our fields are cut up and need to drive slow while spraying. Ag Spray in Columbus said a majority of guys spraying liberty use these tips. My other tips for liberty are hypro twin spray tips like the tee jets. I do like the way both of those tips spray but they do drift real easy. For the hypro tips they use a stupid oring to seal and it falls out very easily when cleaning the screens and easy to lose. I like running 40+ psi. It usually 50-60 psi coming out. Liberty needs to coat the plant. Noticed the other day, I sprayed a 40 and got out to look at a bigger pigweed curling up. I was going to pull it as the rest of the weeds were only a few inches tall. That pigweed was still wet an hour later. It is my test subject as it is near the driveway. LOL. | |
