When Dad had me start chopping silage in the late 1960's, he told me , "When you see nightshade, stop the tractor, get off it and pull up the nightshade. Do not run it through the chopper and get it in the silage. " I still do it to this day.
You being organic, you are not going to use herbicides. Start walking field and pull it out. Wear rubber gloves.
