The issue with 93 comparisons is we need another month of record wetness. Eric Snodgrass made some comparisons on yesterdays Nutrien weather video and there was similar wetness in 93 like was seen in the last month. But July 93 was also record wet and across the whole of IA.
I think a net 100 mb loss would be a very good over under.
