If I were in your shoes, I’d try to examine the uniformity /evenness of how deep your tillage tool/tools are running across your different soil types. You might also need to look at the uniformity of your seed trenches across the width of your planter ie rows on the mainframe with bulk fill box weight directly over them vs rows on the wings. Do you notice any differences as your bulk boxes (bulk seed weight) is reduced meaning weight to transfer to row units is less?

Mine is a different brand and setup than yours so just spitballing
