They had better look again, it's not just NW Iowa that's flooded. Not able to do anything in the fields. Some fields not planted, no spraying getting done, all low spots gone again, no roots - one wind would be devastating, towns without water and sewage, dams giving out. This is not a small area of some very good ground.
