I've been told to make a 2nd application 7-10 days after the first. Even if they're just a stem with no leaves. Tried it a couple times and there wasn't a TWH to be found at harvest. But generally I wait and see if first pass was effective before I hit them again and seem to have fine results if 2nd pass was needed
