Define windy.
Here in WC Illinois, we're currently dry enough to have not had morning dews lately, so spraying enlist beans maybe an hour or two or three before banker hours seems the way to go before the wind gains their usual later day momentum.
That said, I'd rather have 5-10 mph winds while spraying vs. 0-5 mph.
Really don't have to worry about it this spring, as 0-5 doesn't seem to be happening this month.
