Surprisingly little flooding in Wisconsin considering the heavy and consistent rain we've had. I think it's good that they clearly state the issue how they do. I'd argue that should be obvious that "Some may even experience impacts never seen in their lifetime.." and that goes to the complacency that makes weather variability dangerous.
