Renville Minnesota
New Prague and Hastings make subway bread and need a mix of winter wheat.

A problem that can happen with winter planted crops is a cold snap in April after a warm spell in late March will kill it. Or the just kill the low spots where it’s colder. Can’t spike winter wheat in nor mix with spring wheat.

We had success and failures in our experiment.
