The National Weather Service just issued the following statement concerning flash flood possibilities
across portions of northern lowa tonight;
*Torrential rain in such a short time will cause washed-out roads, water in homes, and flooding in places that have not flooded before. Some may even experience impacts never seen in their lifetime."
